It is a big Friday in Kollywood. Dhanush’s Vellai Illa Pattathari is opening big in nearly 35 screens in Chennai city. The advance booking for the film has been terrific and the buzz is huge.
The other talked about film to release this week is Sathuranga Vettai, which preview audiences have been raving about.
There are actually four Tamil releases this week-Velai Illa Pattadhari, Sathuranga Vettai , Irukku Anna Illai and Thalaikeezh. But the fight looks to be between VIP and SV.
The other language releases of the week are in Hindi and English. In Hindi there is remake of Karthik Subbaraj’s Pizza in Hindi titled Pizza 3D and also Hate Story 2. The lone English release of the week is Planes : Fire and Rescue-3D.
