Even as he is trying to complete the Simbu-Nayanthara-starrer Idhu Namma Aalu, director Pandiraj has begun work on his next film. We hear that it is a kids-centric film on the lines of Pasanga and Marina. The director has cast Bindu Madhavi, with whom he worked in Kedi Billa Killadi Ranga, as the heroine of the film, which will be produced by actor Suriya. Karthik Kumar will be Bindu’s pair in the film.
Says a source, “A puja for the film was held on Wednesday, as the makers decided to kick-start the project before Aadi month, and Pandiraj did a test shoot. He will be shooting the film for six more days and then resume work in August. Balasubramaniem is the cameraman for the film.”
Meanwhile, the buzz is that Suriya and Jyotika might do a cameo in the film, though nothing is confirmed yet.
